the gov is turning people into criminals (people that break the law)
listen to this
say i buy a old bike for R 5000 that has not been licensed in 15 years i will need to pay penalities for all the back licenses plus the actual back licenses
now that will probably cost more than the bike
so what do people do they just dont ever register the bike and the cycle just continues
there is no way to get out of this!
thats just stupid - in stead of getting in the license fees of the new owner they just say sorry you need to pay the back licenses
what happens is that you cant buy that classic thats 30 years old that you have your eye on
the actual women at the registration department suggested that i
1) pay the back fees
2) just dont register it
mmm the good old banna republic of south africa!
