Tractions modes, 1bar, 2bar, 3bar on Africa Twin manual, 2017

To the fundi's, I only use 1bar traction/torque on my 2017 AT manual. On shit dirt or sand& muddy-ish terrain I switch off complete + ABS on rear, off.
I cannot figure out the practical purpose of the 2bar or 3bar setting.

Please please can die fundi's give guidance through debate?
