I just got my paws on a great trailer. It was new and registered on 22 June 2011.
I assumed that the six month period during which one would not have to re roadworthy, would apply to the trailer and that I could simply do a transfer of ownership.
Have I got my facts wrong , do I have to go do a roadworthy in order to transfer ownership?
