Transfer ownership, docs required?

Hi and happy new year to you all.

Just a question, when transferring ownership of a vehicle what documents are required by the seller and new owner.
There is the standard form from the traffic department which I have signed and handed to the buyer, but is anything else required besides that with info and signatures on?
