This is a genuine question. I have the feeling for a large DS bike again to do back road tours, hopefully with my wife with maybe a bit of gentle gravel.
I don't like the BMW boxers and have owned a number of Ktm's but they are not tht pillion friendly so that leaves the Super Ten.
So my research indicates that they are cheaper than the other two brands (1200's considered here) mentioned second hand and readily available - why is that?
Secondly the basic bike seems quite devoid of standard 'farkles' ie no heated grips, electronic suspension, basic dash. This is just my impression.
I am seeking to be convinced otherwise. Please help.
