I have noticed when riding at about 170km/h that the front of my Tiger 1200 starts to gently weave or snake progressively getting worse. Not frighteningly so but enough to shake the confidence of the bike.I contacted my dealer and Triumph SA supplied me with a loan bike and took my bike in to look after the whole set up.Got it back and same problem.
Two-up with the top-box on at 200km/h it becomes enough for me to shut the throttle down.
I rode the dealer's demo and same problem.
My take on it is that the aerodynamics of the 1200 Tiger takes weight of the front wheel at high speeds causing it to go light.
A lot of mentioning on it in the international blogs as well.
Anyone else experiencing it and any thoughts?
