Something I've often wondered about is whether there's some form of apples-with-apples comparison between the engines of an older vehicle with low KM, versus a newer vehicle with more KM on the clock.
In my view we often think that lower KM is better, but is it? Most wear & tear happens just after startup when an engine is cold. Lots of short distance riding also wears down on the interior like seats, gear knob, steering wheel, pedals, etc.
So how do we match a low KM vehicle up to a vehicle in mint condition but with high KM's?
