WANTED: Transport of bike from Gauteng to WC

Not sure this is the right spot for this, but how do I get a bike down from Gauteng other than the normal - travel up and ride down? The reason I'm not so keen on this is I have not been on a bike for 12 years and I feel a little unsure making the first trip such a mayor one.

Cost? Ideas? Advice? Slaps?
