My dad has shown some real interest in getting a bike. His hip is currently giving him a bit of trouble, so it'll need to be a fairly low bike.
His budget is also not very high - up to about R8k or R10k. My ideal bike for him would be a running XT 500 that needs cosmetic attention. Registration papers are quite important too.
