Okay. Its 06:01. I've decided its time again. Following on my highly successful solo Camelman Iron Butt 2007 ride of 750km in one day :biggrin: , I've dicided at 05:58 to do the same today. Saturday 29 November.
The route will be loosely like this:
Standard WD departure point. Total Garage Richwood.
Ceres
Wupperthal via Op-die-berg.
Clanwilliam via Wuperthal and Middelberg Pass.
Hopefield via backroads from Clanwilliam
Darling via backroads/ rialwayline
Blouberg via Westcoast road.
Departure time: 08:00
ETA: 16:00 about.
Gonna take a extra 5l fuel if Wuperthal is dry. Its about 250 km from Ceres to Clanwilliam via Wuperthal. But if the bridges are gone, then to turn back will use fuel, thus the 5l
Gonna be hard and fast, with photo ops at the lekker points! ;D
