Saw you guys on the way back from the ride, was riding in my boney with Mel, we went to see the washed up fishing boats at Melkbos. Michiel? stopped with the KLR in front of us, didn't realise he was one of the dogs. He has a very intimidating helmet  :thumleft:

Once the bike is ridden in I would LOVE to join on a ride like this  :3some: , pity they block me at work, so have to squeeze in 5min after gym/squash every day

swelling has gone down considerably - however i did take one on sunday when it was still a decent size. camera is at home - will download the pics tonight and upload tomorrow  :thumleft:

feeling much better today, though still woozy from the anti-inflamatories and painkillers i'm taking. and still on crutches - i can't put any weight on my leg at the moment without crying like a baby

The next ride will be grade 3 and up, maybe Grade 4 and up - so we can properly shred the daisies, going slow in sand sucks! Its so damn tiring  :'(

here's a shot of the bruising on sunday after i got home, and this afternoon - as you can see if was quite swollen on sunday - by sunday evening it was huge... it's gone down quite a bit now, starting to go blue and purple
