WET!! plz help and advize

what is the best option to keep shoes and pants dry when its raining?

i wear all the gear all the time however the only thing i dont wear is riding pants i just wear thick normal jeans.

What is the best solution to put over the jeans or otherwise what pants can i buy that i can wear either over my jeans or just simply wear at work so must look reasonable that will keep me dry hahaha
