What brake pads?

So the Africa Twin needs new brake pads.

What do I put on?
I havent got the faintest clue what is good and what is bad.
I'd rather spend a bit more than skimp on stopping power.


And also, the bike is an import. They would mos have drained the brake fluid when they imported it, would they not? How often does one have to drain the brake fluid?
