What scooter?

If you have R6000 - R12000 budget, and you want something to commute on to beat the traffic and petrol increases, what scooter?

Something new? 2nd hand?

I was thinking of a 150cc Jonway Ranger. Or the Kymco Super8 (just because it looks the business)

It needs to be reliable, have decent acceleration and be able to cruise at at least 100km/h without dying...
