What to take and pack? advice..

Hey all

so i been trolling around in here for a while and for the life of me i cant find what im looking for. I know ive see a few threads where ppl have listed what they have taken on trips and id like to compare to what im taking. can anybody help please.

I am an absolute novice and dont want to find out half way that i left some thing important behind.

10 day trip in Mozambique.

what do i pack ?
what do i need essentials.?
what dont i need?
