What would your requirements be for a DS Challenge?

Now that you okes have (hopefully) stopped taking the piss out of me because I don't smaak cold mielies, cold camping and 'tame' green routes, what would your requirements be for a 'DS Challenge'?
Note, this is DS, not GS, so no bleating about BMW snobbery etc.
Could we organise an event similar to the GS Challenge but make it open to all, no catering, no medics and no trailer back-up. No set route, just a basic idea where to go from a previously agreed upon venue, where ever in South Africa.
Would a central point be prefferable to riding every day to a different destination, with all your kit on the bike every day?
Idea's please, anything goes, even Nando's HOT mielies ala Mr Delivery...
