What's up with Husky dealership in Western Cape

I received a message that KTM Paarl (RAD) and Cape Town KTM is now also dealers for Husqvarna and Gas Gas.
Eddie2 Race did a fine job for many years (and still is..) in establishing and growing the Husky brand, while there was some sort of monopoly on KTM...
Why now this change? ..
