Wheel alignment - How to

Hey guys,

Just want to see what methods you use to align your wheels, other than the notches on the swing arm
I am struggling to get my bike to track straight and from the looks of it the front is all ligned up nicely but the handle bars tweak slightly to the left when riding and the bike wants to go right

The string method is just so complicated there must be a better way?
