Too far away
Hazyview, Sabie or Nelspruit
Join at Hazyview or Opposite end Matsulu
Let’s do a weekend again? Sleep Tonteldoos Friday, Nice ride to Nelspruit. Saturday fenceline and other routes. Sunday everyone head back home

Sounds like a plan!!  :thumleft:

[member=13184]Noneking[/member] - That pedestrian gate - is that the one just west of Nelspruit? Comes out on Kaapsehoop Pass east of the Kaapsehoop village itself?

Did a quick Harties canals & Breedtsnek ride on Saturday morning.  First time I used my newly acquired Zumo 396 LMT-S and I am very happy with the purchase, works well with gloves on and glare is manageable.  Now just to figure out BaseCamp properly... I strung together a canals route the night before that I thought would get me from A to B, but sort of messed it up 2km into the ride.  But that problem is now solved, thanks [member=7854]mark250gp[/member], who sent me a library of routes!

It is my second outride on the XR and I am beginning to settle into it quite nicely, the bike is awesome on the dirt compared to the big bikes I am used to.  Running over Breedtsnek was fun on the 650, even though I am sloooow. I suspect a lot more huffing and puffing would've been involved had I been on the Pig.  8)

I was out just before 0600 and back home at 1200, 6 hours of lekker kop skoonmaak!  O0

I did that road a few years back in my 4x4 - with my wife & my mom - they were seriously un-amused when we EVENTUALLY got down to that "locked" gate....

However, the lady that answered the Emergency number was quite happy to let me through when I advised here we were "lost"....
