I did that road a few years back in my 4x4 - with my wife & my mom - they were seriously un-amused when we EVENTUALLY got down to that "locked" gate....

However, the lady that answered the Emergency number was quite happy to let me through when I advised here we were "lost"....  :biggrin:

“Lost” is your best defence....
Forestry guys never amused to find us up in the mountain, but the “lost” defence works every time
 
Dit reën katte en honde hier by ons in Johannesburg so my ry-planne van vanmore is toe blatant gekortwiek.  Dit gee my toe die geleentheid om my nuwe GPS in te "plumb".  Aangesien ek tien duime het en groot geword het in 'n huis waar die somtotaal van ons gereedskap 'n skroewedraaier, hamer en broodmes was, is ek heel chuffed met die uitkoms.  'n Paar youtube video's later en ek het die GPS by my fuse-box ingehardloop so hy het net krag as die fiets aan is - ek weet ek sal hom een of ander tyd vergeet en die battery doodmaak.  :-[

Nog 'n paar goed om te doen aan die fiets, maar Kaokoland hier kom ons! [member=19649]Hardy de Kock[/member]

PS - Die fiets het darem 'n was ook gekry na die tyd  :p
