How's the Memel hotel now?

...long time since I was there...Memel 100 bash.... Beautiful area... Roads could be fickle though.... some rough,others smooth and then suddenly loose stones and muddy...

Room we are staying in has been renovated but overall it looks really run down unfortunately. Still dirt cheap though

Ek wou n vol tripverslag doen, maar dink nie daar is genoeg nie.

My kleinboet het vir hom Gen2 KLR gekry en wou dit gaan toets.

Ons is die oggend uit Polokwane uit.
Dit was nogal koel met n bietjie motreen.

VInnige stop by die afdraai net verby Moria

Die pad in die berge in was nie te sleg nie.
Nat op kolle en ek het sie SYM neergesit in n modderkol.

Padbande werk nie so lekker in die modder nie.
Net n paar fotos van die pad in.

In die berge aangekom het ons ingeboek en vinnig gestop vir koffie en entbyt.

Na ontbyt wou ons af na die watervalle.

Dis hier waar dinge pret geraak het.
Die pad is baie verspoel en ons het maar op n punt besluit om omtedraai.

Die fotos wys nie regtig hoe rof dit was nie.

Ons moes op party areas mekaar stoot om uit te kom.

Daar was ook n konvooi 4x4 wat moes omdraai.

Hier is die punt waar ons omgedraai het.
Ek het probeer om Die steilte op kamera te kry
