Where to get some mild steel pipe with 20mm OD and 8MM ID

As per the heading, I need to make some spacers approx 50mm long with
an OD of 19/20mm and 8mm ID. Anyone know where I can source this.
a 300mm length would suffice.
Ideally in Gauteng.
