I have a steering damper on my '13 R1200GS (see attached photo + the link below).

However after a couple of years it seems like it has gone soft on me. It has 24 clicks of adjustment, tho they don't seem to work anymore.
As comical as it sounds, in order to get a little bit of 'stiffness' I stop every half hour to fiddle with the adjuster and then it stays 'stiff' for a short while longer.
Not sure why this happens but Touratech isn't helpful - they are not responding to my calls or requests at all so I am getting desperate... ???
Perhaps some of you guys know of someone in SA (preferably CPT area) who can rebuild the steering damper (assuming it can be fixed) ?
