Who still makes small plastic plates in GP?

All the guys that would normally make up a small plastic plate for me say that thanks to some new legislation they can't help - they can only make up the new aluminium plates in the standard sizes.  Anyone know of someone that's still making up the small (I'll give them the size) plastic plates?
