WR250F to SM

[Rough Rider]

Due to problems with my back I cannot use my almost new WR250F (2015) for its intended purpose. If I sell I lose too much, so I was thinking of converting it to a SM for Sunday morning fun and the odd commute.

Has anybody tried this and if so how did it work out and what are the cost implications?
