X Challenge failed roadworthy - no rear footrests!!!!!wtf

Son took my x challenge for a road worthy today at Dekra N1 city. Test station , bike failed due not having rear footrests, and neck bearing needs checking, wtf with the off road tyres it is heavy to turn on tar, lifted the bike at home and steering is 100% tester name is Farenaaz and  he is afdamant that it is not right "because i know motorbikes"  and he rides the bike without a helmet!!!!!!  And says we got 14 days to fix the problems wtf here at brackenfell we get 21 days. ( forks leak, tail light cracked, wheelspokes loose ? This i can fix....)
Ek is nou so bevok op n vrydagaand, gaan hom more goed vertel, sy ma se &@&$
