X Challenge oil usage

Got a question around oil usage....

So got the bike in December, I have used a sum total of almost 6l in the past 5 months. There is no smoke during riding and no oil in my water.
The question is thus does it just burn alot of oil? I do ride hard and its mostly only town riding at the moment.
