So was politely shown yesterday that I am in need of the above mentioned goodies :-[
So as a complete ignoramus in this department - but it looks like I might be able to do the job myself - does not look like there are any serious problems doing this :mwink: What size and make etc do I need to get - I am sure runner will know/have, but not going out that way for a bit, so might need to get here in JHB - any ideas/suggestions, or anybody going to Runners shop this week from the Woesrand??
