My 550's taken me on many adventures over the years, and I know lots of people swear by them, but I've always thought it was a bit bulky.
I'm too lazy to google, why do some people still prefer the old 550, and which newer Garmin would offer the same and possibly more, but in a more compact form?
I don't care too much for voice & music, and I don't actually have my headset connected to the unit. I use my phone for listening to music.
