Every so often my unit will suddenly display the following question - "are you sure you want to erase all user data?" 
It becomes a problem when it is followed by another prompt requiring a "yes" answer (e.g. Are you indoors now?) and the dumb #$@@#$#@ uses that yes answer sommer to wipe out all my data.
Please you clever dogs out there - why is it doing this and how can I fix it?
