Is the bike in nuetral when you open the throttle or is when you trying to pull away that it cuts out? If it cuts out when you try and ride it, it could be your side stand switch. Follow the side stand switch wires. They will get to a joint (lugs), pull the lugs apart and short them.

Pirelli MT21 front - works well on all terrains. From what I have read, the MT21 rear is a very good offroad tire. Not so good on the tar apparently. Where is GJ? He will tell you what works on the rear.

How do you reverse your bike onto the pavement? I rarely use bike parking bays. The bays are big enough for most bikes but then you get idiots with GSs, HDs and Goldwings that use the side stand and take up three bays to park.
