100/100 18 rear - is this only available as motocross tyres?

Hi Guys, I want to replace my CRF230's rear tyre which has a factory size of 100/100 18. Some online searches only return motocross tyres in that size. I was hoping more for something like a TKC80 style. Anybody know of alternatives please?
