1150 panniers on a '97 BMW 850R?

Customer of mine is wanting to fit 1150 panniers on an 850R

He sent me a pic, the foot peg attachment rest looks near-identical, but he is MISSING the panniers rails...

I think the 850 shared much in common with its (then) big brother, the 1100, does anyone know if  850 + 1100 + 1150 use common rail for panniers?

Anyone with rails to sell him?
