I think one of my biggest fears when out riding by myself or even with a pillion is being involved in an accident or having a serious breakdown on the bike in a remote or "unfriendly" area. In fact, this could apply to both Motorcycle & Motorcar, but I feel a little more vulnerable on the Bike!!
Under the circumstances, I started looking at various 24 Hour Roadside Assistance Products which are available out there.
The 2 Products that I can find are AA & Tracetec-Help, but I am sure there are more out there. BMW on Call is not an option either.
Of the two, the AA seems to offer a better Package, but perhaps the "wise" WD's, based on their experience, can give me some advice, prior to me signing on the "dotted' line.
Have any of the Forum Members had to use one of these 24 Roadside Assistance Products before and if so, how reliable were they?
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks
