Yes this has probably been discussed to death already but I was hoping some of you guys could just humour me on this one as I did not find exactly what I was looking for in terms of answers to my questions.
being the good lot that you are I am sure you will assist as I am new to KTM and the LC8 crowd!
I had to chuckle when I read the older post about using your "tool" to check the tension :imaposer:
Anyway, what I really want to know is:
1: what is the most accurate proven way to know you have set the tension correctly?
2: would you adjust the tension if you are planning a long trip with luggage or is it not necessary to make adjustments between being loaded or not?
I have already tried using my tool to set the tension but depending on my mood I am getting varying results so I am looking for an alternative method! :lol8:
