Right. So does anyone know hot to remove the threaded version of the oil sight glass on a K50 and above R1200? Most videos show a method where you break the window, pull or fish the old window out and then push the new one in. On the K50, as far as I can see from my brand new window, the window is threaded. Removing probably involves using a small chisel or something to knock it out. But how do you install the new one? Is there a special tool involved? Haynes is silent on this issue. Or am I missing something?
