Just a huge thank you to the Dog that stopped and gave me assistance yesterday afternoon. I have been having issues with my XT660Z's fuel economy and the electronic gauge is not that accurate.
Long story short, he gave me some fuel to get me from the Mooi Berge hill (Between S/West and Stellies) to Stellenbosch. VERY much appreciated. I have forgotten his name but found out that he is a pilot and flies from the Stellenbosch airfield and that his wife is on here 24/7 (or so he says). I also discovered that my boots aren't the greatest when it comes to having to push a bike up a hill....
I even offered the money I did have to compensate for the fuel he gave me, but he declined. Awesome act and this will definitely make me stop at stationary bikes on the side of the road just to find out if they are OK.
