I'm sorry I missed the original postings but chuffed to read about your trip now. Half jealous not to have been there but also extremely greatfull not to have had to have battled through that gloop. What a courageous ride, the afterglow of which will always be banked in your memories. The kind of adventure most of us will never have , by a 'girl' , on a BMW , and a 1200 GS at that.

I've been trying to plan a ride to challenge yours, like maybe ride a Vuka naked accross Antartica.
