I was pointed in the direction of this RR last night.

Pity the photo's are no longer available but I enjoyed your writing immensely!

Amazing what one can achieve when one (has to) put one's mind to it! Amazing and very, very well done. WOW! I'm filled with admiration and smiles at your long-ago achievement of courage and derring-do  :biggrin:

If you see the photobucket thing, all you need to do is the Photobucket image fix...:

If you use google chrome here is an extension that will thwart Photobuckets notorious ransom attempt that trashed all forum pictorial tutorials and lets you see the images again for free.
Thanks to Google for putting a thump in the eye of Photobucket. Never use third party picture hosting services in forums:

Click on 'add to chrome' It's free and you can see all the tutorials again immediately

Thanks!

No third party, you say? LOL, I use Google Photo to host my RR photo's, its too tedious to click and physically attach only 10 photo's at a time, and you can't intersperse the photo's with text and descriptions.

Edit: Flip thanks [member=21989]Berserker[/member] works like a bomb, images showing beautifully!

[member=3575]Rynet[/member] you rock  :ricky:

ahhhhhh  it was this RR that convinced me to get a dual bike
i met Rinet and the two fellows whilst doing my tour on my bouli , just a couple of complete strangers at the same "pit stop" having a chat

:thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft:

I happened to be one of those strangers. Was Rynet, Mark660 and myself. Met you in Meiringspoort a few days earlier.

Now I can even read some of my old reports, LOL

This is a brilliant ride report and one I keep remembering.

It has been moved to the roll of honour section.
