Advice needed on Accident Damaged 950.

There is a good possibility that I can get this bike in the picture....I do not have any info like mileage and year model etc..I'm still waiting for feedback from the current owner who bought it on auction. I think I'm going to have to pay in the region of 15k, but looking at the picture it seems that there might be damage to the frame, or it could just be the forks and triple clamp (hard to tell)
What do you estimate repair costs could be by just seeing the picture?
