Hi there
Hoping for some assistance - remember a previous thread that answered these two questions, but for the life of me can't track it down:
- Carb rebuild - motor runs a little high on rev's when she is hot and I recall this indicates diaphragm issues. Seem to remember the Bing diaphragm is the same as those used in some diesel engine and a spare is available from Parow Diesel Electric (or something like that). The thread had a part number.
- Starter rebuild - experiencing starter issue when she is hot - the bendix does not engage. Seem to remember that there is a Renault/Peugeot that has the same bendix arrangement?
Hoping somebody has a better memory or better search capabilities than me and can point me in the right direction?
