Akropovic exhaust for the BMW1200GS

These Akropovic Exhaust box that cost now in the region of R21000 is it worth to pay so much money for sound on your bike and some say on the long road this sound can get to your ears ,is there any one out there that can change my thoughts about it is there any improvement on fuel or Hp have this been tested on a Dino
