Hi
OK, so we decided to start exercising.  But the main issue is the type of exercise.

Crossfit: ??
Yoga: ??
Pilatus: ??
Loan sharks: ??
Standard Gym: ??
Meditation: ??


I decided to go for a balanced approach.
1.  Get the lower body in shape - Cycle
2.  Get the motivation up - fight with the family one a day.
3.  Jogging - to stay away from the Loan sharks
4.  Neck exercise - that helmet can become heavy after a few hours.
