Another Limpopo Ride...

Us girls decided again to gap it up to the bushveld... this is becoming a healthy habit...  and Tagsy needed some company... so just a short story for you guys...

Tagsy is THE steak connoisseur of SA, so we ate a LOT of steak... one of the little places we visited and pronounced one of the best spots ever!  Tagsy did an undercover moment!

With very full stomachs, we did a bit of sand riding...

and a whole lot of non-sand riding...

Visited the greasy, green Limpopo...

(Check Mr Gentleman Tagsy, even cleaned our visors for us)

And then we found this river that we want to ride... NEXT TIME! 

Apparently, we can go spend the day on that river and ride like total hooligans...

I take it that most of the road running next to the river is on private land?  Would love to do similar trip - remember it from army camps when we had to protect against the Rooi Gevaar :imaposer:

Organising a bash up there early winter next year on the Fahad lands... will offer some exceptional riding along the Limpopo and extensive riding in the bush surrounding that... with camping facilities and 2 days of riding... with all the back-up and support and loads of other stuff... should be good!
