Going to Nam in April this year, and need to know from the guys that went there very recently whether there are any new regulations applicable, or anything we should know that may impact our trip eg. new scams by traffic police to solicit bribes etc.
We went to nam in April 2008, and we had only joy - no problems at all. Was like visiting another SA province. Hopefully nothing has changed.
And yes, we will be taking our good attitudes with, leaving the bad ones at home.
