Can anyone help?
I am working on a 1997 Aprilia Pegaso at the moment. The new top gasket I got from the Cape Town agent is different from the old one that came out of the bike.
The Cape Town agent say there is only one gasket so it must be right. I still want to know why? He says there is only one gasket.
The South African importers say they only started importing recently so they can't help me with a 1997 model. Actually the Cape Town agent will know best as he was an agent with the previous importer as well.
So I wrote to Aprilia international. They came back and said I should contact a company in Midrand. This phone number, according to the voice by telkom, has changed but the new one is curently unavailable.
So my question is where is Aprilia when I need technical confirmation and information? Or do they sell new bikes only?
