Finally I MADE some time to join this awesome forum and introduce myself. I am located in PTA East and am relatively new to adventure riding.
I extensively prowled countless Wild Dog posts to help me decide what machine would best suit my size, budget and intended riding spectrum. Conclusion - Honda XL700 Transalp!! Man-o-man am I enjoying it?!
I've had the bike now since November 2014 but use to ride a XJGAO 200 on/off road scrambler to class and back 2009-2010.
I don't have that much Km's of real riding under my belt. The Mrs and I have done Sabie and I did Afriski this winter though...looooaaads of FUN!!
I'm sure I'll still be learning a great deal from this community. Keep up the great work! :thumleft:
