Bad Tools or Bad Screws: Loose Torx/Hex Tool - Just stripped a Screw 1150GSA

So WTF ...  :angry4:

Have seen this for a while ... but didn't bother, until I just stripped a screw female head on my 1150 GSA front wheel fastening the break disc.

So where is the problem - do I just have shit tools?  Or is it the wrong sizes ... but I don't have anything in-between a T30 and T40 to fit better.

Most of the torx/hex tool bits doesn't fit properly into the screw heads ...

So WTF ... is this just how it is?  Its a brand new screw I used ...
