On my way to work this morning I got a puncture. I think it was a thorn stuck from the weekends riding and with the heat from the tar this morning the tyre and tube decided thatâ??s it.

I pulled it out and put some tyre weld in with no luck..... but donâ??t fear.

I have a support crew that will give the girls from â??Long way anywhereâ? a run for their money. Just one call and my support crew was there loading the bike and making sure I get to work ASAP so that I can make some â??petrolâ? money for the next trip.

Anybody keen for a tyre change and a beer tonight?
