For some reason I decided to check my battery on the KLR and all 6 cells were
empty, truly empty. What's strange is that I had no problems starting the bike.
Filled the cells up, and put it on charge, but it was still fully charged.....the battery
holder is slightly eaten from the acid, and the sides of the battery itself. No leaks though.
I know I've dropped the bike on about 4 occasions, but surely the acid doesn't just leak
for that reason?
What now? Is this battery now going to be unreliable? Is there a sealed battery available
for the KLR?
